Sounds as if you're making a very common mistake. You're very active.
Activity is not exercise. Sounds as if it should be. Exercise _is_
activity, though. Sort of like the geometry thing. A square is a
rectangle, but only certain rectangles are squares. You need to do
specific weight bearing exercises for definite lengths of time.
Walking would be one exercise that you could start with for 20 minutes
to half an hour a day. Then read up on some of the milder weight
lifting exercises for osteo.
