I have re-written the Frequently Asked question (FAQ)
statement for this newsgroup. The previous one was lost due
to a combinatoin of my previous website provider shutting
down without warning and my failure to save it locally after
i changed computers. The document may be read at
http://www.jmadura.com/osteofaq.htm and will remain there
for the forseeable future.

I would ask that everyone read and comment on it -
additions-corrections or any comments will be very welcome.
